c) We do not guarantee profits, passing a prop firm challenge, or obtaining funding.

b) You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our content or tools without written permission.

6. Community Guidelines

a) Members must treat others with respect in the community.
b) Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior may result in suspension or termination of access.
c) We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content in the community.

7. Termination

a) We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms.
b) You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

a) To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prop Scalper Academy, its owners, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
